My favourite( from my previous analysis) film opening was form Set 1 Group 4.
"Innocence"
the use of the lullaby was effective as it emphasised the child-like influence of their plot.
It had fit in with the visuals and tied the whole piece together. Which would tie into the entire plot of the film and it would explore themes related to children.
One of my least favourites would belong to Set 2 Group 5
"The Obsession"
Throughout the beginning the music fit well but up until a point, the metronome and the piano fit well together however they started to overlay lots of different types of music which didn't really fit and began to confuse me since there were undertones of different music. I had to constantly check for background noise on my computer before realising it was from the title sequence. Also instead of perhaps fading the music out they cut it abruptly and then continued with another soundtrack.
