My favourite film is Back To The Future(1985)

The credits appear type on scene, the camera panning around the room focusing on the small details which would unravel and make sense later in the film. Beginning with the ticking clocks imply that time is a very key idea within the film and the plot revolves around it. Then focusing on newspaper articles which would reveal is about one of the main characters.

Mechanics imply they are into technology is a key part and the main character is associated with it

Marty McFly: "Doc" relation to the character and the  

Speakers: McFly is into music

Plutonium: The news article about plutonium reveals key information about the character and its relevance to the plot later on in the film. Each element shown within the title sequence give subtle hints to the ideas explored in the film.
