WHAT DID I FIND?
Horror/Thriller was by far the most popular film genre
'They usually have interesting plot-lines', 'I like being on edge', and 'I like having to work things out for myself' were the 3 most popular reasons as to why these were people's favourite films. We will use this as inspiration for our own title sequence as it helps us understand what people are looking for in thrillers.
Audience's preferred American films, however it was a close outcome.
DEMOGRAPHICS:
Our title sequence will most likely target all genders, and specifically teenagers-young adults, as they have a prominent interest in thrillers.
